Returns & Refunds:

We stand by all of our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you should find, for any reason, that you are not satisfied, within 30 days of your product(s) being delivered, please contact us. We're always here and keen to help.

Please note that shipping charges and sample sets are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, you have 60 minutes to be able to make any changes to your order, including cancellation. You can make those changes via the order confirmation page. After 60 minutes, any in-stock product will begin the fulfillment process, and no change requests can be completed.
