Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@ftlperformance.com within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.
To cancel your order, please email us at contact@ftlperformance.com within 1–2 days before your order begins processing. Once processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us at contact@ftlperformance.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll help you with the return process.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at contact@ftlperformance.com within 1–2 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and issue a refund if eligible.
